Design and Study on the Rod Fixture of Down-the-Hole Drill

摘要 分析了目前国内外各种钻杆接卸装置的研究现状及其工作性能的优缺点,提出了新的全液压接卸钻杆装置的设计方案。并根据潜孔钻机钻孔过程的工况要求及其工作性能对凿岩品质的影响,设计了性能优越的卡杆油缸和液压控制系统。实践表明,该机构接卸方便、卸杆效率高、安全性好,有效地提高了钻杆的使用寿命。 The research status of drill rod fixtures at home and abroad is analyzed. The merits and drawbacks of their working performance are presented. On this foundation, a new design scheme of fully hydraulic rod fixture is put forward. In addition, according to the working condition of down the hole drill and the influence of its working preference on rock drilling quality, the clamping cylinder and hydraulic control system with high performance are designed. The experiment results show that this rod fixture features simple operation, high efficiency and good safety. It effectively improves the service life of drill rod.
