热空气为燃烧空气的生活垃圾的燃烧分析

摘要 介绍了水泥回转窑和焚烧炉联合处理城市生活垃圾系统中垃圾在焚烧炉内进行非均相燃烧的情况,对利用熟料冷却机的热风作为燃烧空气的焚烧炉内垃圾烘干状态及燃烧状态进行了热平衡分析。结果表明,热风温度为600℃时,烘干热平衡温度为231.5℃,焚烧系统不必配备点火装置,燃烧热平衡温度为999℃,满足垃圾无害化处理的温度要求;采用高的空气过剩系数有利于点火,适当降低空气过剩系数有利于提高垃圾燃烧温度。根据水泥熟料煅烧的合理空气用量,分析分解炉用燃烧空气是否全部通过焚烧炉取决于热空气温度的高低,为工程设置分解炉专用燃烧空气管道提供依据。 The duplex method of municipal solid waste utilization with cement kiln and incinerator showed that the municipal solid waste burned in uneven phase. The hot air from clinker cooler was used as ignition air, and the heat balance of drying status and burning status in the waste incinerator was analyzed. The result showed that the temperature of drying heat balance was 231.5℃ when the hot air at 600℃, so the incinerator system needn't equip with ignition device, the burning heat balance temperature reached to 999℃, it could satisfied the demand of harmless treatment of the waste. The high excess air coefficient was helpful to kindle up, while a low excess air coefficient would improve to raise the burning temperature of waste. According to the reasonable air dosage for cement clinker formation in kiln, whether the combustion air in calciner entirely passed the incinerator or not relied on the temperature of hot air, to give an accordance to design the combustion air tube of calciner.
