摘要
32Si是宇宙成因的放射性同位素,其半衰期约为200a,应用32Si作为示踪剂测定地下水年龄的范围为50-1000a。本文介绍了应用Fe(OH)3共沉淀法从天然水中提取SiO2和K2SiF6的制备方法,在化学分离、纯化和转化为K2SiF6后,将K2SiF6和TritonX-100混合制备计数溶液,用液体闪烁计数法测量32P的放射性,最后用公式计算32Si的放射性浓度和地下水的年龄。
32Si is a cosmogenic radioisotope with the half - life of about 200 years. The time scales which can be con- veniently studied using 32Si as a tracer lie in the range of 50-1000 years. The method for extraction of silica using the Fe (OH)3 coprecipitation from natural water and the K2SiF6 preparation are presented in this paper. After chemical separa- tion , Purification and conversion to K2SiF6 , the counting solution is prepared by the mixing of K2SiF6 and tritonX - 100. The measurement of 32P radioactivity is proceeded by the liquid scintillation counting method. The azSi radioactivity and the age of groundwater are finally calculated by the equation.
