山楂籽超临界CO_2萃取物中脂肪酸的GC-MS分析 被引量:6

摘要 对山楂籽超临界CO2萃取物中的脂肪酸成分进行分析。采用超临界CO2萃取山楂籽油,并进行皂化,甲酯化,用GC-MS联用法分析其中的脂肪酸成分,并与山楂果肉中的脂肪酸进行了对比分析。结果表明:山楂籽油中含有多种脂肪酸成分(共检出10种),主要是亚油酸(64.88%)、油酸(24.61%)、棕榈酸(4.42%)、硬脂酸(1.69%)、花生酸(1.34%)、亚麻酸(0.38%)。其中不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸的相对含量分别为:91.31%和7.91%。 Fatty acids in supercritical CO2 extraction product from hawthorn seed were analyzed. The seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2, it was saponified and methylated, and then analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry method. The fatty acids in seed oil were contrasted with that in hawthorn pulp. The results showed that 10 fatty acids in the seed oil were indentified. The main fatty acids were linoleic acid (64.88 %),oleic acid (24.61%), palmitic acid (4.42 %), stearic acid (1.69 %), eicosanic acid (1.34 %), linolenic acid (0.38 %). The content of the unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids were 91.31% and 7.91% respectively.
