摘要
对丝网BX、陶瓷BY、不锈钢板波纹填料及环矩鞍填料的传质性能和流体力学性能进行了测定,得到了三种规整填料全回流条件下较为简明的压降关联式,探讨了一些因素对各型填料精馏特性的影响。
The performance of mass transfer and hydrodynamic characteristics of three types of rdered packings, i.e., copper gauze BX, ceramic BY and stainless steel Mellapak, and a random acking of Dg25 modified IMTP were tested in a distitlation column of 300 mm inside diameter. A imple pressure-drop formula for the three types of ordered packings has been obtained from bout 200 experimental data points. Extensive experimental investigation was Performed to llustrate the effects of vapor rate, pressure and reflux ratio on the performance of the ackings.
