摘要
应用改良银染法，对１０例卵巢良性肿瘤、１０例交界性瘤、３０例卵巢癌进行Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ定量研究。结果表明，ＡｇＮＯＲ计数对于鉴别卵巢肿瘤的良恶性及肿瘤的分化程度有重要意义。
The AgNOR count are studied on paraflin-embedded histologic sections in 10 cases of benign ovarian epithlioma,10 cases of bordeline ovarian epithelioma and 30 cases of ovarian cancer,using the method of silver stain.The results show that the number and the area of AgNOR have the value in distingushing benigh from malignant tumors and in judging the histologic differentiation of tumors.
