摘要
通过对265m^2烧结机故障停机的分析,找出引起主线设备故障的原因,并进行适应性改造。烧结机故障停机率由原来的1.66%降低到0.26%,有利地保障了烧结机的正常运行。
Through an analysis of the stopping of the 265-m^2 sinter machine due to faults, the causes of the troubles in the main-line equipment were found out, based on which an adaptability reform was carried out. After that the stopping rate of the machine due to faults has fallen from the original 1.66% to 0. 26%, forcefully guaranteeing its normal operation.
