摘要
介绍了炼钢厂为清理脱硫铁水罐罐口积渣而研究应用的积渣清理装置的工作原理、组成特点、设计计算以及应用情况,从而提高了铁水的收得率和操作的安全性,降低了工人的劳动强度和设备损坏的危险性,取得了显著效果。
This paper presents the working principle, constituting characteristics, design and calculation and application of the slag build-up cleaning device studied and applied by the Steelworks to. clean built-up slag on the desulfurizing pig iron ladle spout, which increased the yield of hot metal and improved the safety of operation, reduced the workers＇ labour intensity and danger of damage to equipment, showing marked results.
