摘要
为配合党中央新农村建设的方针政策,省建设厅组织各大设计院开展新农村建设的农房设计方案竞赛.通过参与这次竞赛,深入实地调研、开展针对性建筑设计,并总结得出一些设计体会.新农村农房的设计应在保留传统生活模式及习惯的基础上,融入新的生活方式,并满足日益提高的生活水平的要求.同时农房的设计必须具备前瞻性和指导性,使其引导新农村的农房建设向着更合理、更美观、更适应时代的方向发展.
In order to be in line with Party Central Committee＇ s principles and policies of New Rural Construction, Department of Construction of Jiangxi Province has organized a contest among the large design institutes on the design schemes of ＂New Rural Construction＂ houses. When participating in this contest, the author has done in-depth researches, designed the houses with pertinence, and reached the following conclusion. The designs of new rural houses should be based on the traditional life styles and habits, and combines new life styles, thus to meet the increasing demands. The designs of the rural houses must be forward-looking and of guidance, so as to guide the development of New Rural Construction to be more and more reasonable,beautiful and adaptable to the development of this era.
