摘要
以酵母H为出发菌株,运用EMS和紫外线复合诱变育种。在采用0.2MEMS处理5h后,再紫外线照射15min的条件下,选育出1株H15酵母,其乙醇产率比出发菌种提高20.3%。
Yeast H was used as starting strain for mutagenic breeding by EMS (0.2 M EMS treatment for 5 h ) and UV (15 min UV radiation). Then a H15 yeast strain was selected, the alcohol yield of which increased by 20.3 % than starting strain.
