摘要
针对2008年豫西电网孤网运行专项反事故演练的组织、实施情况,分析了此次反事故演练对豫西区调能力建设的影响,以期为今后地调机构在提高区调建设工作上起到参考、促进的作用。
According to the organization and implementation of the special anti-accident training 2008 of isolated West Henan Power Grid,this paper analyzes the effect on the power dispatching ability construction in West Henan Power Grid, in order to improve the territorial power dispatching ability of local power dispatching institution.
