摘要 目的:探讨马钱子碱对大鼠肺组织细胞中Bcl-2与Caspase-3蛋白的表达的影响,以期为马钱子碱中毒提供形态学上的依据。方法:60只Wistar大鼠随机分正常对照组和中毒组,免疫组化法检测大鼠肺组织Bcl-2与Caspase-3蛋白表达水平,对结果进行分析。结果大鼠在中毒后的不同时间段内,肺组织中Bcl-2与Caspase-3蛋白阳性表达数均高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P(0.05)。结论:Bcl-2与Caspase-3参与马钱子中毒的病理过程。 Objective To study the effect of brucine on Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein expression in lung cells of rats and to provide morphological basis for brucine poisoning. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group and brucine poisoned group. The expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein in lung cells was determined by immunohistochemistry staining. The regular HE staining and immunohistochemical staining results were analyzed by computer image analysis system. Results Compared with nomal control group,the positive expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein in poisoned group were significant higher at all the different stages (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein may participate in the pathophysiological procedure of brucine-poisoned rats.
