摘要 针对目前引弧器存在的输出功率不足、动态特性差、引弧成功率低等问题,设计了一种电流型脉宽调制高频高压引弧器。该引弧器能够自动检测焊机状态并调整相应的工作模式,实现引弧和稳弧双重功能,无须专门的供电电路。试验证明,所设计的引弧器引弧能力强,稳弧性能好,当钨极与工件距离小于5 mm时一次引弧成功率可达100%,钨极与工件距离在14 mm内能可靠稳弧。该文设计的引弧器可作为惰性气体钨极保护焊或等离子弧焊接与切割的单独配套装置。 In view of the problems such as deficient output power, bad dynamic property and low success probability of start arc, a self-adapting current control pulse width modulation(PWM) high- frequency starter is designed. The starter can automatically detect the condition of the welding machine and adjust working modes. In this way, starting arc and steady arc are achieved without specific power supply circuit. The test verifies that this starter has better capabilities of starting arc and steady arc. When the distance between the tungsten and the workpiece is within 5 mm, first success probability of start are reaches 100% , and when the distance is within 14 mm, it achieves steady arc. It can be used as independent equipment for tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding or plasma-arc welding and cutting.
