摘要
对于寿命遵从逻辑斯谛克分布或对数逻辑斯谛克分布的产品,本文在完全样本情形给出了制定可靠性抽样检验方案的统计方法.数值模拟结果表明该方法是可行的.本文还指出,这种方法可用于位置一刻度参数分布族.
This paper proposes a statistical method for reliability sampling inspection plans under complete sample when items＇ failure times are distributed as logistic distributions or log-logistic distributions. Simulation results show that the method given in this paper is feasible. It is pointed out that this method can be applied to location-scale parameter families.
