摘要
从河流的自然属性和社会属性出发,分析了河流健康的内涵,论述了流量是河流健康的第一要素,如果没有流水,将不成其为河流。根据纵向岭谷区怒江的基本特性,从河流动力、河流生态、环境保护、社会经济以及河床演变等5个方面,分析了怒江在考虑不同影响因素条件下的健康流量阈值,最终取其外包,纵向岭谷区怒江电站梯级开发的光坡电站应下泄533m3/s作为怒江健康流量的阈值。探讨怒江健康流量的阈值的意义就是要正确处理好怒江开发与保护的关系。
In the view of river nature and social behaviors,the author analyzes connotation of river health and expounds that the discharge is the first key factor of river health.According to basic property of the Nujiang River in the longitudinal range-gorge region,from 5 aspects of river dynamics,river ecology,environment protection,society and economy,river evolution,the threshold value of healthy discharge of the Nujiang River is analyzed under different influence conditions,in the last,according to boundary value,533 m3/s flow discharging from Guangpo Hydropower Station of the river cascades is determined.The purpose of studying the threshold value of healthy discharge of the Nujiang River is to correctly treat the relationship between protection and development of the Nujiang River.
