摘要
以内蒙古油砂为原料,采用自制的反应装置和浆化剂,通过单因素方法分别考察浆化剂量、浆化温度、浆化时间、浆化空气量、稀释时间和稀释空气量对分离效果的影响。试验结果表明,浆化剂量和浆化温度对分离效果的影响最大;其次是浆化时间和浆化空气量;而稀释时间和稀释空气量的影响最小。并在此基础上初步确定了油砂分离的适宜操作条件为:剂砂质量比0.24、浆化温度60℃、浆化时间50 min、浆化空气量0.5 m3/h、稀释时间17 min和稀释空气量0.3 m3/h,为油砂分离的进一步研究提供一定的依据。该分离方法简单易行,且所开发的浆化剂具有无污染、无腐蚀和价格低廉,具有一定的应用价值。
Inner Mongolia oil sand was used as raw material,the influence of the amount of slurry reagent,slurry temperature,slurry time,the amount of slurry air,dilution time,and the amount of dilution air on the yield of bitumen was investigated by the single factor method on self-made reactor with self-made slurry reagent.The experimental results showed that the influence of the amount of slurry reagent and slurry temperature on the separation were significant,then the slurry time and the amount of slurry air,the dilution time and the amount of dilution air had the smallest effect.Based on these,the optimum operating conditions of this expertiment were determined.The ratio of slurry reagent to oil and sand is 0.24,slurry temperature is(60 ℃,) slurry time is 50 min,the amount of slurry air is 0.5 m^3/h,the dilution time is 17 min and the amount of dilution air is 0.3 m^3/h.This will provide reference for further study on the separation of oil from oil sand.This seperation method is simple and feasible and the slurry reagent developed is pollution-free,no corrosion,low price,and the has a certain practical value.
