摘要
针对桥梁支座日久老化急需更换的问题,提出了研制智能化、自动化桥梁同步顶升工程装备。本文根据桥梁支座更换工艺的施工特点,构建了分布式电液比例控制液压系统,详细描述了该液压系统的工作原理,并对该液压系统中电液比例减压阀的反向应用做了详细的理论说明。
In view of old bridge bearing needed to be replaced, the paper expounds how to research and develop intelligent automation engineering equipment for bridge's synchronous jacking up. Based on construction process of bridge bearing replacement, it builds distributed electro - hydraulic proportional control hydraulic system, and describes operational principle of the system and reversing application of electro - hydraulic reducing valve in the system.
