摘要
目的探讨病毒性乙型肝炎患者血清干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)的水平及临床意义,并探讨其与肝功能指标的相关性。方法双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测60例病毒性乙型肝炎患者及10例健康对照组血清IP-10水平,同时检测其肝功能及凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBV DNA)。结果病毒性乙型肝炎患者血清IP-10显著高于健康对照组,(182.86±74.84)ng/L,(199.27±82.42)ng/L,(393.67±120.33)ng/L,(478.71±157.12)ng/L vs(66.93±15.83)ng/L(P<0.05或<0.01),随病情的加重有升高趋势;且与PTA、血清白蛋白呈显著负相关关系(Rs分别=-0.726,-0.756;均P=0.000),与血清总胆红素(TB)呈显著正相关关系(Rs=0.457,P=0.000),与丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)无相关性(Rs=0.200,P>0.05);血清IP-10水平在高HBV DNA及低HBV DNA载量组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清IP-10水平在一定程度上反映了病毒性乙型肝炎患者肝脏的炎症损害程度。
Objective To explore the serum level of interferon-induced protein 10 (IP-10) in patients with hepatitis B and to study the relationship between IP-10 and hepatic function norm and its clinical significance. Methods Sixty patients with viral hepatitis B and 10 healthy control subjects were enrolled. The serum level of IP-10 was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). And the level of hepatic function,prothrombase activity(PTA) and HBV DNA were simultaneously detected in the serum of the patients with viral hepatitis B. Results The serum level of IP-10 in the patients with viral hepatitis B was notably higher in four different states than that in healthy controls,(182.86±74.84) ng/L, (199.27 ±82.42) ng/L, (393.67± 120.33) ng/L, (478.71 ±157.12) ng/L vs (66.93±15.83) ng/L(all P 〈0. 05 or〈0.01). The index increased according to the severeness of the disease. The serum level of IP-10 showed significantly negative correlations with albumin and PTA( Rs =- 0. 726,-0. 756; P = 0. 000) and positive correlations with serum total bilirubin( Rs =0. 457, P = 0. 000). The serum level of IP-10 did not have significant correlations with alamine aminotransferase. The serum level of IP-10 of the group with higher HBV DNA and of lower HBV DNA had no statistic significance. Conclusion The level of serum IP-10 reflects the damage degree of viral hepatitis B hepatic inflammation.
