摘要
研究了O-羧甲基壳聚糖共价键合修饰电极伏安法测定人血清中多巴胺(DA)的各种干扰物的干扰情况。实验结果表明,1 000倍抗坏血酸(AA)、200倍尿酸(UA)以及血清中其他常见共存物质对DA的测定不干扰。这种修饰电极用于人血清样品中DA的测定,结果令人满意。
The paper studies the interference of differential pulse vohammetric determination of dopamine in human serum with the O-carboxymethylchitosan modified glassy carbon electrode.The presence of 1 000 folds of ascorbic acid (AA), 200 folds of uric acid(UA )and other common co-existing substances did not interfere with the determination of DA. The samples of human serum were directly detected with desired results.
