O-羧甲基壳聚糖修饰电极示差脉冲伏安法测定人血清中多巴胺的干扰研究

摘要 研究了O-羧甲基壳聚糖共价键合修饰电极伏安法测定人血清中多巴胺(DA)的各种干扰物的干扰情况。实验结果表明,1 000倍抗坏血酸(AA)、200倍尿酸(UA)以及血清中其他常见共存物质对DA的测定不干扰。这种修饰电极用于人血清样品中DA的测定,结果令人满意。 The paper studies the interference of differential pulse vohammetric determination of dopamine in human serum with the O-carboxymethylchitosan modified glassy carbon electrode.The presence of 1 000 folds of ascorbic acid (AA), 200 folds of uric acid(UA )and other common co-existing substances did not interfere with the determination of DA. The samples of human serum were directly detected with desired results.
