摘要
环境伦理促进了能源立法,并持续改变着能源立法的目的,还为实施和遵守能源法规提供必要的道德前提。在能源立法的调整对象、指导思想和立法目标等方面均与环境伦理有着密切的内在关联。
Environmental ethic promotes energy legislation, influences the aim of energy legislation, and presents necessary moral premise for the execution and abidance of energy law and regulation. Energy legislation is closely related to environmental ethic in terms of its adjustment, guidance legislative goal.
