正交试验法优选消炎止痒喷雾剂的提取工艺

摘要 目的:探讨消炎止痒喷雾剂乙醇渗漉的最佳提取工艺。方法:以大黄素为检测指标,高效液相色谱法测定大黄素,采用正交试验考察各因素对大黄素含量的影响。结果:影响因素为药材饮片粒度>乙醇浓度>乙醇量>浸泡时间。消炎止痒喷雾剂乙醇渗漉最佳提取工艺为用粗粉药材、70%乙醇10倍量、浸泡24h渗漉。结论:乙醇渗漉提取技术具有省时、高效、节能等优点,适用于消炎止痒喷雾剂中大黄素的提取。 Objective: To study the best extraction technology of antiphlogistic and antipruritic spray with alcohol percolate. Methods: Emodin is the tested ingredient that was measured by HPLC. The orthogonal test was adopted to examine the influence of the factors over emodin contents. Results: The influence factors were in order of particle size of decoction pieces, concentration of ethanol,amount of ethanol and the soaking time.The best extraction technology of antiphlogistic and antipruritic spray by alcohol percolate is to percolate with crude powder herbs and was soaked with 10 times of the 70% ethanol amount for 24 hours. Conclusion: The alcohol percolate extractive technology has the advantages of time-saving, high-efficiency and energy-saving etc, and it is suitable for the extraction of emodin from antiphlogistic and antipruritic spray.
