摘要
在当代中国社会流动进程中,返乡创业农民工是一个独特的群体。要真正理解农民工的返乡创业,就要寻找这一行动的社会结构因素。从结构化理论视角来看农民工返乡创业,是为了理解返乡创业这一现象的深层次因素。文章探讨了结构化理论的内涵,并用这一理论对农民工返乡创业行动进行了解读,然后提出支持这一群体创业、促进这一群体实现再结构化的具体对策。
In the process of social mobility in contemporary China,migrant workers＇ returning home to venture is a unique group. To truly understand the migrant workers＇ returning home to venture,it is necessary to find the social structural factors of this action. Looking at the migrant workers＇ returning home to venture in the perspective of structurization theory is to understand the deep seated factors in the phenomenon of entrepreneurship. This paper explores the connotation of the theoretical structure and interpretes the action of migrant workers to go home for entrepreneurial based on this theory, and then this paper proposes specific countermeasures to support this group in venture and promote this group to be re-structured.
