摘要
从化学工程的观点出发,对现有原油常减压蒸馏流程进行了分析。提出了带提馏段的原油常压蒸馏复合过程的新流程。并应用ASPENPLUS软件对现有流程进行了模拟计算。计算结果与实际流程相当吻合。又用该软件对改进后的优化流程进行模拟计算,并提出了介于精馏与闪蒸之间的原油常压蒸馏过程可行性方案。计算结果表明,新流程与原流程相比,节能16.1%,常压拔出率提高1.8%,轻质油收率提高0.85%。新工艺的工业化应用将产生巨大的经济效益。
The atmospheric section of atmospheric vacuum distillation(AVD) was analyzed from the chemicalengineering view. A new combined atmosphetic distil1ation process with stripper was developed and a scheme totransform the current AVD was drawn. Moreover,the typical process scheme of current AVD was simulated with theASPEN PLUS simulation software. The simulation result perforrns high accuracy. Finally. the improved atmosphericdistillation process scheme was optindzed by using ASPEN PLUS. A distillation scheme hetween strict distillation andflash was proposed. The simulation result showed that in comparison witti typical flow scheme, the product quality ismore satisfying,the energy cost is reduced by 16.1 %, the product rate of atmospheric section incrcased by 1. 8%and the light oil yield increased by 0 .85 % .The conirnercialization of the new process will be highly profitable.
