摘要
本文分析了直流母线寄生电感以及缓冲回路分布电感在功率开关关断瞬间产生的高上升率瞬态电压和寄生振荡对功率开关的危害性,表明了在母线设计中采用功率母线代替传统母线的重要性和必要性。用涡流效应对功率母线的损耗进行了分析,并推导出计算迭层功率母线电阻、感抗的几个公式。这些公式对设计符合规格的母线具有十分重要的意义。
Analyses the harmfulness that the parasitic inductance of DC bus and buffer loop distribution inductance produce the high rate of increase in the transient voltage and parasitic oscillation at instant shutdown of power switch. It is very importance and necessity that using power bus insteads of the traditional routing in design of the bus. The loss of power bus is analyzed by eddy effect, and provides some simplified formulas for calculating the coefficient of skin effect, the resistance and the inductive reactance of bus, which tell us the relation of the resistance and the inductive reactance of bus. These formulas have very great significance for the bus that is designed to meet specifications.
