摘要
介绍了潜油电泵的基本结构和研究现状,分析了潜油电泵系统机械故障产生的原因及故障与振动的关系,指出多级离心泵是潜油电泵系统的主要振动源,进而建立了潜油电泵与油管柱组合系统的振动模型及系统旋转部件的振动模型。建议采取合理的减振措施,以延长潜油电泵的稳定工作时间,防止泵的早期破坏;同时加强潜油电泵的使用管理及对泵工作状态的监控,定期提泵检修,延长泵的使用寿命。
The current status and basic strUcture of electric subm sible pumps are introduced, the causes of the mechanicalfault of the ptunp system and the lelation between the fault and vihraion are analyzed, and it is indicated that tLhe multistop centrifugal pump is the main vihlating source. A vibration model for the electric submersible pump and tubing stringcomhined system and the vihration model for rotmp parts of this system are established. It is recommended adopting rational Ineasures for leducing pump vibration to extend the time for stable operation of the electric submersihle pump and plevent the prmature failure of the pump.
