摘要
针对日本三井油化Hypol工艺气相反应釜放热量大、温度控制范围窄、换热器易结垢的问题,采用定性和定量分析的方法对换热器结垢进行了分析。依据分析结果,配置了以硝酸为主清洗剂、Lan-826为缓蚀剂、N_(a2)SO_3为还原剂的混合清洗液,在装置不停工、生产负荷不受影响的情况下,实现了换热器的在线清洗。结果使装置的能耗物耗明显下降,换热器循环冷却水消耗从306t/h降到182t/h,催化剂消耗从72kg/h降到65kg/h;反应釜料位从30%提高到55%。
japan's mitsui oil Hypol process gas reactor had some problems such as high heat dispersion,narrow temperature control range, forming scale easily in heat exchanger.The paper studied above problems with qualitative and quantitative analysis.According to the analysis result,the heat exchanger was cleaned in the condition that the equipment wasn't stopped and the production circulated normally.The lotion was made from nitric acid acted as leading lotion, Lan-826 acted as diluent and Na2SO3 acted as reducer.As a result of the consumption of energy and material was saved markedly.The circulating cooling water was descended from 306 t/h to 182 t/h.The catalyst was descended from 72 kg/h to 65 kg/h.The reactor material position was elevated from 30% to 55%.
