摘要
本文根据对快速流化床内气固两相流动的分析,确定压力沿床高分布的非线性变化区域为颗粒的加速运动段。通过对大量实验数据的分析,得到了颗粒加速段长度及其随操作条件,气固物性以及床层直径等因素的变化规律。结果充分表明,在快速流态化区域内,颗粒的加速作用是非常明显的。
According to the analysis of the behavior of gas—solid two phase flow in fast fluidized beds, the region of non—linear pressure distribution along the bed height can be considered as particle ac- celeration region.By the use of experimental data obtained from different literatures(including those from our lab),the length of particle acceleration region L_A was corralated to the operating con- ditions,gas—solid properties and the bed diameters.The result was expressed by L_A/D=ARe_s+BRe_g+C where A=2.5894-10~5Ar^(-0.938)(ρ_pd_p/ρpgD)^(-0.813) B=-4.5×10^(-4) C=33.56+1.18/D It was shown that the acceleration effect of solid particles is notable and the length of particle acceleration region in the fast fluidized bed is much more longer than that generally expected.
