摘要
V型复合绝缘子串在大风作用力下受到弯曲变形,有球头脱落造成掉串的风险。使用碗头抱箍、加长R销、L销等能避免球头脱落,但该结构没有解决V型复合绝缘子串球头金具弯曲疲劳问题。改变碗头挂板为碗头环结构,避免了金具对绝缘子的弯矩,但金具间的撞击仍可能存在。推荐采用槽型连接结构,既避免了复合绝缘子弯曲变形,又减少了金具间的弯矩和相互撞击,增加了金具与绝缘子使用寿命,提高了输电线路的安全性。
The bending deformation of V-shape composite insulator string under strong wind may cause the risk of ball head falling off and string falling apart. Although by using methods such as holding hoop, and longer R-pin and L-pin, can avoid this, such structures do not solve fatigue problem of string fitting. By changing hanging board into ring structure, the bending moment caused by fitting can be eliminated. However, the possibility of fitting collision still exists. It is recommended to use groove connection, which not only avoid insulator bending deformation, but also reduce fitting bending moment and collision. It increases life of fitting and insulator and improves line safety.
