摘要
本次试验的原矿样含铅5.74%、锌10.83%、银255.9g/t、金1.70g/t,主要金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿等硫化矿物,以及少量氧化铅锌矿物。根据原矿性质及结合现场已有生产流程,本试验对铅锌优先浮选流程进行了详细的选矿试验研究,分别得到铅精矿和锌精矿,铅锌品位分别是62.01%、58.13%。
The raw ore sample adopted in this test mainly contained sulphide minerals of galenite, zinc blende, and small amount oxides of lead - zinc etc. with 5.74% lead, 10.83% zinc, 255.9g/t silver and 1.70g/t gold. According to raw ore behaviour and existing production process flow, the preferential flotation flow of lead - zinc was investigated in detail. The lead and zinc concentrates with 62.01% Pb and 58. 13% Zn have been obtained respectively.
