网络信息技术的发展给教育改革和教师发展带来了巨大的发展机遇,同时也带来了一系列的挑战。信息网络技术的发展要求网络时代的教师具备多种必要的素养,树立正确的网络文化价值观,从而加强网络文化建设以及教育工作。
