新世纪美国大学发展走向及其对中国大学改革发展的启示——以哈佛大学为例 被引量:5

摘要 美国大学教育在世界上享有盛誉。哈佛大学在学术研究和人才培养方面久居世界领先地位。本论文综合运用调查法、访谈法、文献法、比较法等多种研究方法,结合中国进入高等教育大众化初始阶段后大学发展的新形势新特点新要求,对新世纪美国大学特别是哈佛大学的教师队伍建设、本科生课程改革、大学校长职业化建设、国际教育理念解读与践履等方面的成功做法及其对目前中国大学教育改革与发展的启迪及借鉴意义进行了认真的分析和探讨。 American universities, especially Harvard University, who has long been the world leader in academic research and talent training, enjoy a good reputation in university education in the world. After China steps into the primary stage of mass higher education, the development of universities are faced with new situation, new characteristics and new requirements. On this basis, this paper carefully analyzes and studies the success of American universities, especially Harvard University in the construction of teachers'team, undergraduate curriculum review, the construction of professional university presidents and the reading and practice of international education philosophy as well as their enlightenment and reference value on the reform and development of Chinese universities by comprehensively using such research methods as investigation, interview, literature review and comparison.
