摘要 以多壁碳蚋米管(MWCNT)为基棱,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,分别用溶胶-凝胶法和水热法制备碳蚋米管/二氧化钛蚋米复合光催化材料。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行了表征,研究了溶胶-凝胶法和水热法工艺的控制对碳纳米管/二氧化钛复合光催化荆显微组织及性能的影响。以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了样品的自然光催化活性。结果表明,所得复合粉体中仅有碳纳米管和锐钛型二氧化钛两种物相,其中采用水热法所得样品,其纳米级的球形二氧化钛颗粒可均匀吸附在碳纳米管表面。 Using the multi wall carbon nanotube nanotube(MWCNT) as base material and titanium(Ⅳ) tetrabutoxide as precursor,the MWCNT/TiO2 multiplex nanocomposites were prepared by the sol-gel and the hydrothermal methods respectively. In this paper, the multiplex nanocomposites were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effect of technologic parameters of the two preparing methods on the microstructure and properties of the samples were studied. Photoactivity of the samples was also evaluated by the photodegradation of the methyl orange in aqueous solution under natural light. As a result, only the phases of MWCNT and anatase titanium dioxide could be found in all of the samples; the samples produced by hydrothermal method have been shown higher photoactivity than that by sol-gel method, and can be found that nano-TiO2 particulates adsorb evenly on the surface of MWCNT.
