摘要
中国金融市场的全面开放,对于中外资银行来说,都是机遇与挑战并存。上海已经初具国际银行业中心的雏形,并将随着我国金融领域的进一步开放而逐步进入深化阶段。本文根据2003年至2006年数据资料,以上海地区中外资银行经营机构为样本,对中外资银行的发展现实状况进行详细比较研究和分析。
To all Chinese and foreign banks, the comprehensive opening of Chinese finance market is not only a chance, but a challenge as well. Shanghai, with the even further opening of Chinese market, is becoming an intemational center for bank industry. This paper, based on the historical data for Chinese and foreign banks in Shanghai from 2003 to 2006, will give detailed description and analysis of actuality for both, which includes the comparison of structure, management, business, customers, HR, and etc. Actually, either local bank or foreign bank has its own advantage.
