摘要
分析钢丝、钢丝绳生产企业普遍存在的质量管理方面的问题,阐述产品质量与企业生存发展的关系,提出持续改进产品质量的手段和方法:建立质量改进组织,进行质量管理体系认证,质量改进制度化,加强检查,重视教育培训,开展5S活动和QC小组活动。
To analyze the quality management problems commonly existing in steel wire and wire rope enterprises. The relationship between products quality and enterprises＇ survival and development is expounded. The means and methods to improve products quality continuously are put forward： to establish quality improving organization, to carry out quality management system authentication, to make quality improvement into system, to strengthen inspection, to pay attention to training, to launch 5S and QC actions.
