摘要
目的研究解酒降脂保肝汤对大鼠酒精性脂肪肝的预防及作用机制。方法用白酒和高脂饮食灌胃法制作大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型,以解酒降脂保肝汤进行治疗,与东宝肝泰治疗组作对比观察。治疗1个月后处死大鼠,取血及肝组织,检测肝功能(ALT,AST)、血脂(TC,TG)及内毒素(ET)和丙二醛(MDA),并对各组大鼠行病理学检查。结果灌胃10周后大鼠形成酒精性脂肪肝,经解酒降脂保肝汤治疗1个月后,血清ALT,AST,TC,TG以及血浆ET,MDA均显著降低,肝脏脂肪变及炎症显著改善。结论解酒降脂保肝汤可有效地防治大鼠酒精性脂肪肝,推测护肝、抗炎、抗内毒素及改善脂质过氧化状态为其主要作用机制。
Objective To study the protective effects of JJBD decoction on alcoholic fatty liver and its mechanisms. Methods Normal rats were intragastrically infused with white wine and high fat diet and executed after 1 month. Serum ALT, AST, TC, TG and plasma ET, MDA level were determined respectively, and pathological changes were determined. Results Rat model of alcoholic fatty liver was induced successfully after 10 weeks. In the groups of JJBD decoction, the levels of ALT,AST,TC,TG,ET, MDA were decreased significantly, and steatosis state and inflammation of liver were improved. Conclusion JJBD decoction can prevent fatty degeneration and inflammation in alcoholic fatty liver, and its main mechanisms may involve in recovery of liver function, anti - inflammation, anti - endotoxin, and lipid peroxide inhibiting.
