摘要
改进的永磁同步电动机磁链观察器算法是在传统的低通滤波磁链观测器基础上,交换了低通滤波环节与补偿环节的顺序,并对定子磁链α轴和β轴设定不同的限幅值,提高了电机在宽速度运行范围内定子磁链观测的准确性,有效地解决了传统磁链观测器存在的直流漂移、测量干扰及电机在低速运行时磁链观测不准等问题。改进后的磁链观测器结构简单,对电机参数鲁棒性好,易于工程实现。仿真结果表明,该磁链观测器能在宽调速范围内精确地估算电机定子磁链。
Modified flux observer for direct torque control (DTC) application of brushless permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) was adopted, which exchanged the sequence of low-pass filter (LPF) linkage and the compensator, different factor of compensation for α, β axial was adopted, so the stator would be estimated accurately over a wide speed range. Therefore the modified observer solved those problems associated with traditional observer such as DC drift, measuring disturb and inaccurate estimation of stator flux linkage at very low speed operation. Besides, this observer was very simple in structure, robust to motor parameters uncertainty and easy to implement in the industrial application. The results of simulation indicated that the modified observer can estimate accurately the stator flux linkage when motor running at widerange speed.
