摘要
用XRD测试合成氯氧镁水泥试样的组成,利用DSC、TG测试手段研究了它的热分解过程,应用Kinssinger法和Dolye-Ozawa法处理了不同升温速率下氯氧镁水泥的DSC曲线,得到的各阶段的平均表观活化能分别为125.5 kJ/mol,113.61 kJ/mol,116.26 kJ/mol;反应级数分别为2.11,2.04,0.98。推断了氯氧镁水泥的阻燃机理,研究表明,氯氧镁水泥可以通过气相、凝聚相阻燃及中断热交换阻燃机理来实现对聚合物的阻燃作用,是一种新型的无机阻燃剂。
The composition of the Magnesium Oxychloride Cement sample was tested by XRD and the thermal decomposition mechanism was researched using TG, DSC, Kissinger method and Dolye-ozawa method were used to analyse the DSC curves of samples at different heating rates, as the calculated activation energies and the reaction orders are 125. 5 kJ/mol, 113.6 kJ/mol, 116.26 kJ/mol and 2.11,2.04,0.98 respectively. The flame retardance mechanisms of magnesium oxychloride cement were deduced by this research. The results indicate that Magnesium Oxychloride Cement can realize the flame retardance and smoke suppression in polymer by gas phase flame retardance, condensed phase flame retardance, heat change flame retardanee mechanisms. Magnesium oxyehloride cement is a new inorganic flameretardant.
