摘要
综观新中国建立以来的我国职业教育政策,可以分为三个阶段:第一阶段是从1949年到1979年,这一时期是我国经济建设和社会生活处于一个严格的计划经济时期,职业教育政策要与严格的计划经济相适应;第二阶段是从1980年到20世纪末期,计划经济不断弱化,市场经济不断建立,职业教育政策主要是推进职业教育改革,适应市场经济的发展;第三阶段是进入21世纪后,随着我国市场经济的不断完善,职业教育政策主要是推进职业教育深化教育教学改革,不断提高教育教学质量,适应社会对职业教育人才需求。
The policy of vocational education can be divided into three phases since the foundation of new China. The first phase is from 1949 to 1979 in which the policy of vocational education must suite to the rigid planned economy; the second phase is from 1980 to the end of the twentieth century when the planned economy is weakened and market economy is constructed gradually, in which phase the policy of vocational education dedicated to boost the reform of vocational education to adapt to the development of market economy; the third phase is after the 21st centry, in which phase the policy of vocational education aimed to accelerate the development of vocational education by the reform of teaching in vocational education to promote the quality of vocational education.
