以大鼠为研究对象,通过跑台建立大鼠递增负荷的运动模型,探讨长期运动对机体血细胞参数和血红蛋白含量的影响。结果显示一次性运动后大鼠的红细胞破坏增多,红细胞计数减少,随着负荷的逐渐增加,RBC显著下降,在第五周运动后降至最低;平均红细胞容积的变化则与红细胞总数变化相似,说明可综合RBC、MCV与血红蛋白来评定运动性贫血。一次性运动后即刻,血红蛋白水平有所升高,然后逐渐恢复到正常水平,说明运动导致机体脱水,血浆减少,血液浓缩,但这只是一种相对升高。五周递增负荷运动后血红蛋白含量有逐渐降低,在第五周降至最低,且不能恢复到正常水平。说明长期坚持高强度大运动量训练,如果恢复时间不多,则会出现明显的血红蛋白下降,导致运动性贫血,严重影响运动员的运动能力和恢复能力。
Taking rats as research subjects and setting up exercise model through increasing load in treadmill, the main purpose of research is to observe ehanges of the concentration of the HB and blood cells indexes after a bout of exercise and five weeks of progressive increased ioad exercise. The result shows that the percentage of red blood cells deereased after one bout of moderate exercise and decreased significantly after five weeks progressive increased load exercise. It suggests that RBC, MCV and HB may assess motility anaemia. The concentration of HB trended down gradually, and decreased significantly immediately after one bout of moderate exercise. The concentration of HB could not recovery to the normal level after a long recovery time. This suggested that the immune system could not keep the balance between destruction and generation. The decrease of the concentration of HB in case of prolonged strenuous exercise would attenuate the athlete's performance and induce motility anaemia.
