摘要
提出了基于PLC和触摸屏的机床控制系统设计方案,该方案把PLC与触摸屏很好地结合在一起,组成了多功能监视控制系统.根据高速计数器计数原理,提出了光学电子尺在PLC中的应用,此方法可以准确地实现机床控制系统的坐标定位,工程实例证明,本文提出的设计思想具有有效性和实用性.
This paper introduces functional characteristics and developmental trend for PLC. This system is combined with PLC and touch screen to form functional monitor control system. According to the principle of high speed arithmometer,the application of optical electrical ruler in PLC is presented in this paper so as to realize coordinate orientation precisely. The method is demonstrated it's validity and practicability by the project.
