大鼠心肌肥厚过程中亲环素A表达时程变化

摘要 目的探讨大鼠压力负荷性心肌肥厚过程中左心室心肌组织中亲环素A表达的时程变化。方法采用腹主动脉缩窄法建立压力负荷性大鼠心肌肥厚模型。术后4周和8周,检测左心室重量和体质量比值观察心肌肥大程度。然后用蛋白免疫印迹检测左心组织中亲环素A表达变化。结果在术后4周和8周,腹主动脉缩窄组左心/体质量比值比假手术对照组分别增加38.10%和37.70%。蛋白免疫印迹结果显示,两组亲环素A的表达均随鼠龄的增长而增加,但在术后4周和8周,腹主动脉缩窄组左心室心肌组织中亲环素A表达明显高于假手术对照组,亲环素A表达分别增加26.06%和31.95%。结论大鼠心肌肥厚的同时伴随亲环素A表达增多,提示心肌肥厚发病机制可能涉及亲环素A。
