摘要
外资银行难以给我国带来明显的利益,国有银行引进外资战略投资者不是完善治理的必要条件,而银行业外资对我国的负面影响则不可忽视。我国银行业对外开放的程度和范围必须确属必要,必须不损害国家完整的经济金融主导权,必须确保公有制为主体。
Foreign banks cannot bring obvious benefit to our country. It is not the essential condition for the state banks to improve governance to absorb foreign strategic investors, and the negative influence on our country from banking industry＇s foreign capital is noticeable. The degree and scope of opening to the outside world of banking industry should be based on absolute necessity, and must not harm the integrity of the leading power of economy and finance of our country, and must guarantee that the public ownership is the main body.
