摘要 将GPS空间定位授时功能,利用在遥测遥控现场单元上,通过3G导航监控系统,实现对航标船的遥测遥控,有力的保证了航标船的正常运行,为维护水运的安全起到很重要的作用,明显提高了航标船的自身价值且减少了航标船的维护费用,能把航标船的水平提高到一个新层次。在近海湾或者内河道,特别是在大范围的航道管理中,很有必要研究应用遥测遥控航标船现场单元。 Use the space position and time service function of the GPS to the remote control scene unit. We can well telemetering and control the sail mark ship through the 3 Gs supervise and control sys- tem. It is forceful to ensure the sail mark ship regularity working well. It has been that the safety defending water carriage plays very important role raise the value of the sail mark ship. And it can reduce the upkeep cost of the ship. So the level is able to promote obviously a new arrangement, it is very much necessary to research and apply the telemetering remote control scene unit in the nearly bay or the inner runway, the channel especially in big range manages.
