摘要
以著名的5A级景区中山陵园风景区为例,运用模糊评价法测评游客满意度,并做人口统计学特征满意度差异研究.结果显示:游客满意度不高;不同月收入、年龄、文化程度和职业的游客对部分因子的满意度以及总体印象的评价存在显著差异.
Studying on a case of Dr Sun Yat-sen＇s Mausoleum scenic area which is 5A-famous scenic area, this paper evaluates tourist satisfaction base on the method of fuzzy evaluation, and investigate differences in satisfaction between those tourists of different demographic characteristics. The findings indicate that tourist satisfaction is not high; there are significant differences in some factors＇ satisfaction and overall impression between those tourists of different income, age, education level and occupation.
