阴床运行导致混床出水电导率升高的处理措施 被引量:2

摘要 茂名热电厂锅炉补给水处理为二级离子交换除盐,当2、4号阴床投入运行后,则混床出水电导率升高,若切换到1、3号阴床运行,则电导率升高现象消失。研究结果表明:电导率升高的原因是阴树脂被有机物污染;解决电导率升高问题的对策是复苏阴树脂。 Feed water treatment in Maoming Cogeneration power plant boiler is with two stage ion exchanger desalting. After the No. 2 and No. 4 anion bed being operated, the mix bed outlet water conductivity was increased. As replacing them by No. 1 and No. 3 anion bed, the high conductivity phenomenon disappeared. The study result indicated its cause is the anion resin being polluted by the organic substance, and its solution is to recover the anion resin.
