摘要 本文研究了利用原位凝固剂的水化反应对陶瓷结合剂CBN油石进行原位凝固成型,试验结果表明:当油石中原位凝固剂含量超过4wt%时,可以实现CBN油石的原位凝固,油石中原位凝固剂含量越高,油石凝固的时间越短,凝固后体积收缩率越小,当原位凝固剂含量超过8wt%时,油石凝固后体积不再收缩。对油石的烧结体的显微结构研究表明:当油石中原位凝固剂含量适当时,烧结后的油石孔径分布较干压样和注浆样窄,显微结构更加均匀,油石硬度波动小。 Molding technology is a key factor that affects the performance of honing stone. This paper studied the in-situ consolidation of vitrified bond CBN honing stone by means of the hydrated reaction of in-situ peptizer. The result indicated that when the in-situ peptizer content surpassed 4wt%, it made the CBN honing stone in-situ molded. With higher content of the in-situ peptizer, the coagulation time of the CBN honing stone decreased and volume shrinkage rate of the CBN honing stone got smaller, when the in-situ peptizer content surpassed 8wt% , there is no more volume shrinkage of CBN honing stone. Studying on the mierostructure of the sintering CBN honing stone revealed that with suitable content of the in-situ peptizer, the pore distribution tended to be narrow, the microstructure was more uniform and the hardness fluctuation was smaller than pressing molding and injected molding.
