摘要
管理用制度来规范和约束。但是,管理制度具有刚性,在其运行过程中不可避免地会出现难以规避或消除的漏洞、盲区或失效等局限。论文主要针对企业管理制度存在的局限,借鉴"蜜罐技术",提出了一种新型的管理思维——"管理蜜罐"。通过研究"管理蜜罐"与管理制度的关系、"管理蜜罐"与现有成熟管理技术的比较,明晰"管理蜜罐"的独特价值。通过探讨"管理蜜罐"的效应、诱因和检测技术等方面,探索"管理蜜罐"的基本理论。"管理蜜罐"去除烦琐不必要的某些管理环节,能有效获取或阻止对管理制度的攻击,能在一定程度上兼顾管理效率与管理效率问题,发掘潜在的能力卓越的人才或发现利用管理漏洞损害组织利益谋取私利的人。

The paper aimed at the management system limitations, refers to the ＂honeypot technology＂, nd proposed a new kind of management thinking ＂ management honeypot. ＂there is educed of ＂ management honeypot＂ unique value, by studying the relationship between ＂ management honeypot＂ and the management system, between ＂ Management honeypot＂ and the existing mature management technologies. There is explored ＂ management honcypot＂ theory by exploring ＂ management honeypot＂ effect, incentives and detection technology. ＂ Management honeypnt＂ remove some of the unnecessarily cumbersome management areas. ＂ Management honeypot＂ can access to an effective management system to prevent the attacks. To a certain extent, ＂management honeypot＂ can take into account management efficiency and management efficiency, ＂Management honeypot＂ have the ability to tap the potential of the outstanding talents or use found management loopholes damage interests of the organization for personal gain people.
