摘要
在NH4F存在下,以三乙胺为模板剂,采用预晶化处理的方法,合成出颗粒小而均匀、高结晶度的纯相SAPO-34分子筛,并采用XRD、BET、SEM、TEM等手段进行物化表征,系统考察了NH4F加入量、模板剂用量、硅含量、预晶化温度和时间、磷酸加入方法等因素对合成小颗粒SAPO-34的影响。预晶化和NH4F的使用有利于提高样品结晶度,使晶粒变小,比表面积和孔体积增大。
Pure phase of SAPO-34 with high crystallinity and small crystal size was synthesized by using triethylamine(Et3 N) as template in the presence of NH4F through a pre-crystallization process. The synthesized SAPO-34 was characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, and TEM. Various influence factors, such as the content of NH4F, Et3N and silica added, the pre-crystalline temperature and time, and the adding method of H3PO4 , were investigated systematically. The pre-crystallization process and the use of NH4F favor the improvement of the sample crystallinity, the decrease of the crystal size, the increase of the specific surface area and pore volume.
