摘要
目的研究低频脉冲电磁场联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法把112例病例分成两组,对照组(50例)给予口服元素钙600 mg,VitD 200 U,1次/d;肌注降钙素50 U,1次/d,连续1周,然后隔天1次,连续1周,最后每周2次至疗程结束。综合治疗组(62例)给予同样钙剂和降钙素治疗,同时给予低频脉冲电磁场(PEMFS)治疗,治疗前和疗程结束后6个月用双能X线骨密度仪测定L1~5锥体前后位骨密度。结果综合治疗组对疼痛缓解更有效,并且对骨密度的提高也有较显著的效果。结论PEMFS联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症是一种行之有效的方法。
Objective To observe the effect of low-frequency, pulse electromagnetic field (PMFES) and calcitonin (CT) on the treatment of primary osteoporosis. Methods 112 osteoporosis patients were divided into two groups. Patients in Group Ⅰ ( n = 50) were treated with oral calcium and vitamin D, and calcitonin intramuscular injection. Patients in Group Ⅱ were treated by PMEFS and then the same dose of oral calcium and calcitonin. The BMD of lumbar vertebra 1-5 were measured by duel-energy x- ray absorptiometry before and 6 months later after the treatment. Results The patients in Group Ⅱ had more effective pain relief than those in Group Ⅰ,and their BMD were much more increased within 6 months after the treatment than that of the patients in Group Ⅰ. Conclusions Combination of PMEFS and calcitonin is effective on osteoporosis.
