摘要
介绍了北京大学第三医院改革大宗物资采购工作,实现了由"分散非招标采购"模式向"集中招标采购"模式转变的具体做法:经过充分的调研和考察,逐步规范了大宗物资采购招投标工作的流程,实施供应商"驻店式服务"模式、"仓储零库存"管理及全院"网上请领物资"无纸化办公的管理模式,引入了先进物流管理理念及管理模式,降低了采购成本,努为保证医、教、研及管理工作的正常运转,提供了有力的物资保障。
Experiences of material purchasing in Affiliated No.3 Hospital Peking University were introduced. Material purchasing model was changed from dispersed purchasing to public bidding. Based on sufficient investigation and research, business process of public bidding was designed. Provider standing in hospital model and zero inventory model were created and logistic management information system was established. Advanced logistic management concept and model were applied and purchasing cost was decreased. New model has assured material for clinical service, teaching and research work in hospital.
